HOUSTON, TX - November 8, 2001--Texas Rosenberg Properties, Inc. purchases Twin Cities Plaza, a 22,582 square foot shopping center located on State Highway 90 (Avenue H) in Rosenberg, Texas from Park Reflections, II, a Texas partnership.  M. Bruce Jester and Johnnie D. Roberts represented both the Buyer and the Seller.
