Advantage Express, Inc. Makes Expansion Move

DALLAS, TX - November 15, 2001--Advantage Express, Inc. is moving to their new 5,000 square foot office/warehouse space located at 1225 E. Crosby Road, Suite 1111 in Dallas, Texas.  The company is relocating from the I-35 and Walnut Hill area due to the need for more space for their courier services business.   Nathan Denton of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant and Ron Bullock of Wilcox Realty represented the landlord, MPR/C, L.P., in the transaction.
