Smoothie Station Takes Lease in Pepper Square

DALLAS, TX - November 15, 2001--Aaron R. Gersh and Lynnett Gersh have signed a lease with Prestonwood Market Square, Ltd. for 1,274 square feet at the Pepper Square Shopping Center, Suite 500 in Dallas, Texas.  The site will be the location of their new smoothie concept, Smoothie Station.  Dan Shoevlin and Vaughn Miller of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the both the landlord and tenant in the transaction.
