HSMC Brokers Negotiate Sale/Lease-Back for Trinity Episcopal Church

DALLAS, TX - November 29, 2001--Dave Valdez and Eric Deuillet of Henry S. Miller Commercial negotiated a sale/lease-back for Trinity Episcopal Church.  The 28,000 square foot building and five acres of land were sold to Bountiful Investments, L.P.  Approximately 8,500 square feet will be leased back to the church and the three remaining acres are intended for immediate retail development.
