Guest Monticello Partners, Ltd. Sells Colleyville Land

DALLAS, TX - December 27, 2001--Guest Monticello Partners Ltd. sold 30,485 square feet of land to JNS Land Family Limited Partnership in Colleyville. The property, located at the intersection of Hall Johnson Road and Highway 26, will be developed into an office for the buyer’s medical practice.Chris Leighton and John St. Clair, brokers with Henry S. Miller Commercial, represented Guest Monticello Partners Ltd. in the deal. Bud McGinnis of McGinnis Realty represented the buyer.
