DALLAS, TX - January 10, 2002--Benbrooke University Partners, Ltd. leased 3300 square feet of space in its University Village Shopping Center to Alliance Rental.
Located at 2317 W. University Drive, the property will be used for a rent-to-own store.
Gordon Campbell, broker with Henry S. Miller Commercial, represented both the tenant and landlord in the deal.
