Property Leased for Jackpot Game Room

DALLAS, TX - January 10, 2002--Billion Enterprises II leased 1,363 square feet in Forestview Plaza, 8989 Forest Lane, in Dallas to Jackpot Game Room for use as an arcade.  Mark Hadju, broker with Henry S. Miller, represented both the landlord and tenant in the deal.
