Langford Property Company Buys 129,314 Square Feet

DALLAS, TX - January 10, 2002--Atrium Companies, Inc. sold 129,314 square feet of property to Langford Property Company. The property, located at 2100 Union Bower, will be used as investment property for lease. Al Shannon, broker with Henry S. Miller Commercial, represented Langford Property Company, and Al Hildreth of Hildreth Properties, Inc. represented the seller in the deal.
