Power Factor, Inc. Leases Space In Dallas

DALLAS, TX - January 10, 2002--Power Factor, Inc. leased 2,330 square feet of space in Manana Office/Warehouse Park from Carrollton, Texas-based Century/Crescent Partnerships. The space, located at 2526 Manana Drive, Suite 102 in Dallas, will be used for sales and service of uninterrupted power supplies. Gerald Fields, broker with Henry S. Miller, represented Power Factor, Inc. in the deal.
