MDL, L.L.C. Buys 26,000 Square Foot Building in Dallas

DALLAS, TX - January 17, 2002--MDL, L.L.C. bought a 26,000 square foot office warehouse building on 43,923 square feet of land at 6626 Oak Brook from an undisclosed seller. The buyer purchased the vacant building as an investment property with plans to remodel. Darrell Hurmis, broker with Henry S. Miller, represented the seller, and Kennedy Wilson, Scott Gregory and Jason Moser represented the buyer.
