New Horizon Enterprises Sells 12.2 Acres of Land in Forney

DALLAS, TX - January 17, 2002--New Horizon Enterprises sold 12.2 acres to Stacey Petrea for use as a mini storage complex. In addition to the mini storage complex, Petrea, a Forney resident, plans to sell half-acre lots to businesses for development. The property is located on FM 1641.  Wayne D. Robinson, broker with Henry S. Miller, represented New Horizon Enterprises in the deal.
