Land Sold for Apartment Development on Bennett Street

DALLAS, TX - January 29, 2002--Horri Investments bought a 10,000 square foot plot of land from Claude Bloodworth for the development of an apartment complex.  The land, zoned for multifamily use, is located at 1902 Bennett St.  Darrell Hurmis, broker with Henry S. Miller Commercial, negotiated the deal for Claude Bloodworth. Candice Ruben represented the buyer.
