Comlink Management Services, Inc. Leases Property

DALLAS, TX - February 6, 2002--Comlink Management Services, Inc. leased 10,011 square feet in the Fairway Business Park.  The space, located at 1500 Fairway Drive, will be used for office and warehouse facilities for teleconferencing and video sales and service.  Dan Spika with Henry S. Miller Commercial served as the only broker in the deal.
