Friendly Robotics, Inc. Leases Office Space in Skyview Centre

DALLAS, TX - February 13, 2002--Friendly Robotics, Inc. leased 2,539 square feet in Skyview Centre.  The space, located at 8336 Sterling Drive, will be used for general office functions.  Brett Owens, broker with Henry S. Miller Commercial, represented Friendly Robotics, Inc. in the deal. Mark Tharp with Harkinson Investment Corporation represented Skyview Centre Joint Venture.
