Metro Irrigation Supply Company Leases Fifth Location in Area

DALLAS, TX -  March 15, 2002--Metro Irrigation Supply Company leased 7,690 square feet for use as office, distribution and warehouse for plumbing supplies.  The space, located at 10425 Olympic, Suite B, is the fifth location for the company in the area.  Nathan Denton, broker with Henry S. Miller Commercial, represented the property owner, Redleel SCS, Inc. Jim Turano, also a broker with Henry S. Miller Commercial, represented the tenant.
