Zenith Finance and Construction Company Buys Eight Acres

DALLAS, TX -  March 15, 2002--Zenith Finance and Construction bought eight acres of land at 2302 McKinney Street, from the Melissa 5 Partnership.  Zenith Finance and Construction Company plans to enter into an agreement with CoMet Steel, Inc. of Dallas. CoMet Steel, Inc. will lease the acreage from Zenith Finance and Construction and build a 45,000 square-foot facility for reinforcing steel fabrication and concrete-related products supply. The facility is slated to open this August.  John St. Clair, broker with Henry S. Miller Commercial, represented the Zenith Finance and Construction Company. Trans Atlas Companies represented the seller.
