Church Buys Garland Skating Rink

DALLAS, TX - March 21,  2002--International Church of the Foursquare bought the Good Times Skate Center, a 22,500 square foot building on 2.63 acres of land. The property, located at 475 Oates Drive, will be refurbished and become the new home of New Hope Fellowship Ministry, a member church of the International Church of the Foursquare.  Elton Harwell, broker with Henry S. Miller Commercial, represented the sellers, Carter White III and Virginia White. David Pittman with North Texas Realtors represented the buyer.
