Canadian Company Leases Arlington Warehouse

DALLAS, TX - April 11,  2002--Toronto-based Woodbridge Foam leased a 32,230 square-foot warehouse from RREEF.The property is located at 2407 Centennial Drive. David Teeter, broker with Henry S. Miller Commercial, represented the tenant in the deal. Michelle Williams represented RREEF.
