KVS, Inc. Will Bring North American Headquarters to Arlington

DALLAS, TX - April 19,  2002--KVS, Inc. leased 2,586 square feet from Avex-Centerpoint, Ltd.  The property, which is located at 600 Six Flags Drive, will be used for office space and the company’s North American headquarters.  Brett Owens, broker with Henry S. Miller Commercial, represented KVS, Inc. in the deal. David Walters with Fobare Commercial represented the landlord.

Henry S. Miller Commercial, founded in 1914, is Texas’ largest independent commercial real estate firm and a member of The Commercial Network, one of the largest affiliations of commercial real estate firms in the nation.
