Hill Top Embroidery, Inc. Leases 2,625 Square Feet in Dallas

DALLAS, TX - April 22,  2002--Hill Top Embroidery, Inc. leased 2,625 square feet from Bourland Octave Joint Venture.  Hill Top Embroidery signed a three-year lease for the property, which is located at 13712 Neutron Road. The growing company will use the property for embroidery service, and the company plans to triple production this year.  Gilbert W. Ellis, broker with Henry S. Miller Commercial, represented the tenant in the deal. Pat Haggerty with Campbell Company represented the landlord.
