Cattleman's Remodeling Leases 5,000 sf in Grand Prairie

DALLAS, TX - May 7,  2002--Cattleman’s Remodeling has leased 5,000 square feet at 1901 South Great Southwest Blvd., Suite 216, in Grand Prairie.  The space will be used for countertop distribution and installation services. Michelle Hudson, CCIM, senior vice president of the Henry S. Miller Commercial Industrial Division, and Troy Moore, an associate broker with Henry S. Miller Commercial, represented the landlord, Ellis Industrial Properties.
