Purchase I-35 Acreage for Retail Development
DALLAS,
TX - May 30, 2002--The Robson Road/I-35 Investors
have purchased 35.6 acres on the northwest corner of Robson
Ranch Road and I-35, formerly the Gelia Estes Coleman
Property. The land will be used for a future retail
development. Max Lindsay, vice president of the Henry S.
Miller Commercial Land Division, represented the seller, Asset
Preservation, Inc. Robert Dryden represented the buyers.
