Kaffa Coffee to Open on Forest Lane

DALLAS, TX - June 13, 2002--Kaffa Coffee has leased 1,071 square feet from Billion Enterprises II at 8989 Forest Lane.  The coffee store is scheduled to open by July 1, 2002.  Mark Hajdu of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented both the landlord and the tenant.
