2002 Sunbelt Real Estate, L.C. Purchases Corporate Headquarters

DALLAS, TX - June 18, 2002--Phillip Worthen’s company, 2002 Sunbelt Real Estate, L.C., has purchased an 11,624 square-foot building at 4393 Sunbelt Drive in Addison. The property will be the company’s new corporate headquarters.  Al Shannon and Stephen Brusniak of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.

Henry S. Miller Commercial, founded in 1914, is Texas’ largest independent commercial real estate firm and a member of The Commercial Network, one of the largest affiliations of commercial real estate firms in the nation.
