Pegasus Credit Union Renews Lease at Renaissance Tower

DALLAS, TX - June 27,  2002--Pegasus Credit Union has renewed its lease of 4,624 square feet at Renaissance Tower. The space, located at 1201 Elm Street, houses the company’s headquarters and a branch location.  Tim Feagans of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant, and Bill Brokaw, with Trizechahn, represented the landlord.
