Hinkle Properties Purchases Acreage for Retail Development

DALLAS, TX - July 1,  2002--Hinkle Properties, Inc. of Edmond, Oklahoma has purchased 1.1 acres from Robert Pineda at 4947 Singleton Blvd. for the development of a family dollar store.  Gerry Fields and Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented buyer.
