Precision Sheet Metal Purchases Acreage in Rockwall Technology Park

DALLAS, TX - July 16, 2002--Precision Sheet Metal, a Garland, Texas-based company, has purchased three acres in the Rockwall Technology Park, located at the Northwest corner of State Highway 276 and FM 549.  The company will build a warehouse and manufacturing facility on the site.  Dave Valdez of Henry S. Miller Commercial helped facilitate the transaction by serving as liaison between Precision Sheet Metal and the Rockwall Economic Development Corporation.
