Erect-A-Line Purchases a 36,000 sf Building

DALLAS, TX - July 18, 2002--Erect-A-Line has purchased a 36,000 square-foot building on two acres at 121 LaPaz in Dallas, Texas. The company purchased the property from South Dallas Development Corporation because it had outgrown its 10,000 square feet on Singleton Boulevard.  The location will be used to manufacture accessories for the concrete paving industry.  Nathan Denton of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented Erect-A-Line.  Steve Sheperd represented the seller.
