MSC Industrial Direct Renews 12,665 sf Lease on King James

DALLAS, TX - July 26, 2002--MSC Industrial Direct has renewed its 12,665 square foot lease at 9225 King James.  Nathan Denton of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Jerry Smith of Dollar Flowers represented the landlord, Robbins Property Co.
