S. Miller Development Group Purchases Second Retail Corner
DALLAS,
TX - August 22, 2002--Henry
S. Miller Development Group has purchased the northwest corner
of FM 720 (Main Street) and Teel Parkway.
The tract is 17.206 Acres and is the second corner
purchased by the group this year. The northeast corner was
acquired earlier this year by Henry S. Miller Development
Group for the development of a Teel Crossing I, a new Tom
Thumb grocery anchored shopping center.
The
northwest corner will be used to develop the Teel Crossing II
Shopping Center, said Vaughn Miller, president of the Henry S.
Miller Commercial Retail Division.
“This
is an exciting intersection which lies directly in the heart
of west Frisco,” Miller said. “This is the fastest growing
area in one of the fastest growing cities in America, and we
are extremely happy to be a part of its development.”
Vaughn
Miller and Paul Harmon of Henry S. Miller Commercial
negotiated the company’s purchase of the property. Mark Wood
of Howe/Wood Co. represented the seller, Oakmont Land Three,
LP.
