CUPS Purchases 20,250 sf for Expansion

DALLAS, TX -  August 29, 2002--CUPS, LP, a leading manufacturer of disposable plastic cups, has purchased 20,250 square feet from Consolidated Group, Inc. at 2255 W. Longhorn Drive in Lancaster, Texas. The property is needed for company expansion.  Eric Deuillet and Nathan Denton of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction.
