Henry S. Miller Commercial Hires Senior Vice President for Corporate Services Division

DALLAS, TX -  September 9, 2002--Henry S. Miller Commercial is pleased to announce the addition of Joshua Michael MacNamara as Senior Vice President Corporate Services Division.  Mr. MacNamara, a native of Dallas, has served as an owner’s representative and director of several major and high profile project assignments during his tenure in New York City with Newmark & Company Real Estate and Murray Hill Properties TCN. Owner assignments have been diverse, and include the branding and leasing of key Silicon Alley, technology and financial
buildings in lower Manhattan.  Mr. MacNamara has also served in the corporate real estate department of Blockbuster, a Viacom company, providing representation as related to its strategic real estate development.
