Oral Surgeon Leases Space at Pepper Square Phase II

DALLAS, TX -  September 10, 2002--Robert A. Weinstein, DDS, MS, PC has leased 1,996 square feet at Pepper Square, Phase II located at 14856 Preston Rd., Suite 103. The space will be an oral surgery office.  Dan Shoevlin and Vaughn Miller of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord, HSM Pepper Square Partners, Ltd.  Vicki Whitmer of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the tenant.
