Techwood Design Leases 15,000 sf

DALLAS, TX - September 24,  2002--Techwood Design has renewed its 15,000 square foot lease at 4653 Mint Way in Dallas.  Nathan Denton of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant. Craig Hughes of The Holt Company represented the landlord, The Realty Associates Fund III.
