HOUSTON, TX - September 27,  2002--Lapas-Icon, Inc. has recently purchased a 20,206 square foot Industrial Building located at 3703/3709 Lapas Dr. from Lapas Net, Inc.  Doug Bates and Darren O’Conor of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the Seller.
