American Turf and Carpet Leases 15,000 sf

DALLAS, TX - October 2, 2002--American Turf and Carpet has leased 15,000 square feet at 2942 Ladybird.  The company is relocating it's headquarters to the new location, which will be used for the distribution of carpet and turf.  Nathan Denton and Pete Richardson of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant. Jim Svidron of the Robert Lynn Company represented the landlord.
