Texas
DALLAS,
TX - October 3, 2002--Henry
S. Miller Commercial land broker, Paul Harmon, has completed a
53-acre land
assemblage in Denton County for the largest new retail
development of the year. The land assembled by Paul
Harmon on behalf of Hunt Properties consisted of five
different parcels and five different ownerships totaling 53
acres. The assemblage took over a year and a half to complete
and was a result of hard work and dedication by Paul Harmon,
Vice President of the Land Division of Henry S. Miller
Commercial. "We had to get all five
property owners to agree" said Harmon, "it was quite an undertaking
considering that we had multiple retailers all wanting to be
on the site and open at the earliest possible
date." The land was purchased by Hunt Properties/Orix
JV from Worrell Par 3; a partnership of Doris Hudspeth and
Bill Schweitzer;
Baptist Foundation; Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Smith and Mr. and Mrs.
Orville Alison. The site will be developed into a
470,000 sf power retail center anchored by a Kroger
Grocery, Best Buy, TJ Maxx, Marshalls, World Market and Famous
Footwear
