TJ Investments Leases Space for a Laundromat

DALLAS, TX - October 15, 2002--TJ Investments Inc. has leased 1,760 square feet of retail space at the Towne North Shopping Center on 3627 N. Beltline Road in Irving, Texas for a laundromat business.  Dan Shoevlin and Blair Black of Henry S. Miller Commercial negotiated the transaction for the landlord.  Thomas Hwang of Centurion Real Estate represented the tenant.
