Retail Store Planned for 1264 W. Spring Valley

DALLAS, TX - October 17, 2002--Abdul Karim Ahmad has purchased a 6,500 square-foot building at 1264 W. Spring Valley Road in Dallas, Texas from Dover Associates. The property will be developed into a Dollar Store.  Dave Valdez of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer.  Jack Young of Young Investments represented the seller.
