Inside Out Shop, Inc. Leases Fourth Metroplex Location

DALLAS, TX - October 17, 2002--The Inside Out Shop, Inc. has leased 11,000 square feet at 1001 North Central Expressway in Plano, Texas. The company, which specializes in the sale of outdoor furniture, fire place accessories and equipment, will develop the space into its fourth Metroplex location.  Jerry Yoder of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Robin Smith of Tricor Realty Advisors, LLC represented the landlord, Collin Creek Partners, Ltd.
