Swisher-35, Ltd. Purchases Land for Commercial Development

DALLAS, TX - October 17, 2002--Swisher-35, Ltd., a partnership formed by Jerry Skibell of Skibell Properties, L.C., recently purchased a 12.7-acre tract located at the northeast corner of I-35 and Swisher Road (FM 2181) in the city of Corinth, Texas.  The commercially zoned land, which formerly contained a trailer park, has over 1,100 feet of frontage on I-35, and will be subdivided into a restaurant and retail pads.
