Aloha Housewares Leases Building in Arlington

DALLAS, TX - October 22, 2002--Aloha Housewares, Inc. leased the building at 841 Great Southwest Parkway in Arlington, a total of 60,812 square feet, for its Dallas and Fort Worth distribution operations.  Pete Richardson and Brett Owens of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Mark Cashman, Justin Ridnour, and Dayton Conklin represented the landlord, Prologis Trust.
