Moisture Shield Purchases Building for Roofing Operations

DALLAS, TX - October 30, 2002--Moisture Shield, a roofing company, has purchased a 9,600 square feet building on one acre of land at 11,577 Goodnight Lane in Dallas, Texas.  The building will be the corporate offices for Moisture Shield.  Nathan Denton and Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer.  Mike Gravitt of Gravitt Co. represented the seller.
