Tier Development Buys a Richardson Whataburger Property

DALLAS, TX - October 30, 2002--Tier Development has purchased 37,000 square feet of retail property containing a 3,500 square foot building from Whataburger, Inc.  The property, located at 722 Spring Valley in Richardson, Texas, will be used to develop a Japanese restaurant.  Paul Harmon of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.  Jill Tiernon represented the buyer.
