WMA Chooses Carrollton for Corporate Office

DALLAS, TX - October 30, 2002--Wiedenbenner Marketing Association (WMA) has leased 11,766 square feet of space in the International Parkway Tech Center located at 4240 International Parkway in Carrollton, Texas for its corporate headquarters.  Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Jim Hancock of CMC Realty represented the landlord.
