HSI One, LLC Purchases Acreage for Retail Center

DALLAS, TX - November 5, 2002--HSI One, LLC has purchased 2.474 acres of land at the northwest corner of Kingsley and Plano Road from Tarragon Realty Investors.  The land will be used to develop a 21,000 square foot retail strip center.  Henry S. Miller Commercial will handle the center’s leasing activity.  Gerry Fields and Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer.  Westy Young of The Frey Group represented the seller.
