Henry S. Miller Commercial Completes 2nd Major Retail Land Transaction This Year - 55 Acres for New Super Target Shopping Center in Cedar Hill, Tx

DALLAS, TX - November 19, 2002--Henry S. Miller Commercial has completed the 2nd major Dallas area retail land transaction of the year in the suburb of Cedar Hill.  Mark Hajdu, Senior V.P. of the Retail Division and Robert Grunnah, President of the Land & Investments Division were the sole brokers in the sale of the 55 Acre tract at the southwest corner of Highway 67 and Pleasant Run Road for a new Super Target anchored shopping center.  The buyer was a partnership assembled by well known Dallas retail developer Weber & Company and the seller was Retail Plazas, Inc.  The new shopping center will be Pleasant Run Towne Crossing and anchored by a Super Target with over 345,000 square feet of retail space, go here to see it.  Mark Hajdu and Ryan Hamilton of the Retail Division of Henry S.
