Casino Slots Takes Storage Space for Slot Machines

DALLAS, TX - November 22, 2002--Casino Slots, LLC, an international slot machine dealer, has leased 33,172 square feet from Persimmon Trail Venture Ltd. at 2100 Union Bower in Irving for storage and distribution.  The location was chosen because of its close proximity to the company’s corporate headquarters and retail base located at Loop 12 and Singleton.  Al Shannon and Nathan Denton of Henry S. Miller Commercial negotiated the transaction for the tenant and landlord.
