Two Lewisville Office Buildings Sell

DALLAS, TX - November 22, 2002--Cole Investments Number 55 has purchased a two-office building complex totaling approximately 110,000 square feet from Lewisville I-35, Ltd., c/o Rosebud Properties. The buildings are situated on 10.5 acres of land located at 2090 McGee Lane and 2143 N. Stemmons Freeway in Lewisville, Texas. The 68,000 square foot office/tech building on McGee Lane is occupied by Verizon Southwest. The 41,000 square foot building on Stemmons Freeway is available for lease. Financing was provided by GE Capital and was arranged by Mark Baldwin with Henry S. Miller Capital Markets Group. Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller. John Cole represented his investor group.
