Cycle Gear Leases Space at Enterprise Square

DALLAS, TX - November 22, 2002--Cycle Gear, Inc., a California-based corporation, has leased 4,820 square feet of retail space in Enterprise Square, 2301 N. Central Expressway, #182 in Plano, Texas.   The space will be used for the sale of motorcycle gear and apparel.  Eric Deuillet of Henry S. Miller Commercial negotiated the transaction for the landlord, Enterprise Landmark, Ltd.  Paul Makens of United Commercial Realty represented the tenant.
